This project marks a significant step in bringing cutting-edge technology to golf training facilities, introducing a “golf – entertainment – community” model similar to Topgolf, yet tailored to the habits and culture of Vietnamese golfers.

Modern space – Immersive experience

The entire DNC Golf Range has been designed with an open-concept layout to combine focused practice with social interaction.
Each practice bay is equipped with high-speed motion sensors and 3D simulation software, allowing players to complete full swings and play a full 18-hole round right on the driving range.

The system provides real-time data visualization, displaying over 19 performance parameters for every shot, covering both ball and club metrics:

Ball data: Ball Speed, Side Spin, Back Spin, Launch Angle, Carry Distance, Total Distance, Spin Axis, Apex, Angle of Descent, and more.

Club data: Club Speed, Smash Factor, Club Path, Attack Angle.

All parameters are presented on large screens, helping golfers understand swing mechanics, identify technical flaws, and make measurable improvements in just a few sessions.

The analysis system operates at a professional level equivalent to those used by leading golf academies and coaches worldwide, positioning DNC among Vietnam’s pioneering high-tech driving ranges.

Between technology and lifestyle

Beyond the technical setup, DNC Golf Range emphasizes a lifestyle experience. The F&B area (Food & Beverage) is arranged beside the practice bays, creating a relaxed and open seaside atmosphere where golfers can enjoy drinks, meals, and social gatherings.
